manual to assist those not as familiar with the process and procedures.

Verizon modification build throughout south Georgia; material management and
asset tracking; co-ordination of material pick-up and delivery; PIM testing
of replacement antennas; maintaining budget control; turnover of completed
close-out packages with appropriate tests and documentation.

Construction Manager – GA Turf Project (AT&T)
Responsibilities
include managing new site build (NSB) and 1st / 2nd
Carrier installations for the GA Turf Project for AT&T; equipment testing
and programming; managing budgets through true-ups and upscopes for various
drivers associated with the project; pre and post construction walks; working
with RF and internal groups to rectify site discrepancies and/or concerns;
extensive close-out documentation review, completion and upload in Siterra.

Launched Atlanta Clearwire market in June 2009 with 460+ sites; new build
site count was
610+ completions, along w/ 500+ augmentations.
Responsibilities
included managing the installation of MW backhaul and augmentations;
overseeing third party vendors during construction and pathing of cell sites.

Procurement and material
management for new site builds and augments.

Work closely with Operations
to ensure that sites are built to spec and fully operational without defects
before handing over to them.

Participate in weekly
deployment calls to address any concerns and/or issues with construction
before and during the construction of the site.

Work closely with RF to
assist with and manage the implementation of MW upgrades, workarounds,
and resolutions to a “no line of site” issues.

management teams to assist with developing monthly forecasts for new “on-air”
sites.

Responsibilities
included overseeing the design and construction of cell sites according to
Sprint Nextel specifications; working closely with a team of individuals to
ensure a smooth progression from site acquisition through final site
completion; maintaining a close watch on the scheduling and budgeting of each
site to ensure that sites are built within the designated time frame and
cost; managing and tracking the installation of facilities, which includes
power and T1; tracking and coordinating tower and material orders and
deliveries; extensive document management.
•
Responsible for managing all phases of
Site Development from issuance of search ring through to equipment
installation, including site acquisition, regulatory compliance, zoning,
permitting, Architectural & Engineering (A/E) and construction for one
half of the State of Georgia. Also involved in coordinating the RF
Engineering Department and Site Development team.
•
Primary liaison between RF engineers,
acquisition team, zoning consultants, A/E, construction team, Nextel legal
counsel and Nextel Senior Management.
•
Supervised contractors and
subcontractors acquiring, zoning and constructing hundreds of wireless sites.
•
Scheduled and tracked all phases of
site acquisition, zoning/permitting, pre-construction and construction activities.
•
Responsible for ordering, coordinating,
reviewing, redlining and approving all A/E services and for managing the A/E
contractors for the purpose of developing zoning and construction drawings.
•
Reviewed and approved bids, schedules
of values and invoices from contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
•
Coordinated and supervised all
caravans, site walks, bid walks and punch walks.
•
Responsible for ensuring all sites were
developed at or below the Sprint Nextel approved operating budget (this
applied to all phases of the acquisition, pre-construction and construction
of the wireless sites/network).

Monitored and reported to Sprint Nextel
Senior Management the progress of all phases of site development for my
territory. Participated in and/or ran weekly status meetings.

schedule and budget of sites under construction by working closely with all

construction of wireless telecommunication sites according to Sprint’s
standards and specifications; working with A/E firms in an effort to select
and design suitable sites for construction; producing bid proposals and
